Welcome

ISI is a wrestling school with locations in Crystal Lake and Elmhurst, IL. If you're looking for great workout partners and high quality coaching this off-season, you'll find it at ISI. In the Spring, you'll be preparing for the Freestyle and Greco State Tournaments and a chance to qualify for the Illinois National Team, while in the summer, you'll spend time honing your folkstyle skills. ISI also offers a 6 week program in the fall as well as winter workouts.

That's not where it ends though! ISI is committed to providing a high energy practice packed with music, creative warm-ups, and outrageous games.
